Risk Radar uses the business domain you enter to make safe, read-only requests to public DNS services and the public website. These checks do not log in, change settings or perform a penetration test.

Questionnaire answers are used to calculate your assessment. Progress that you choose to save stays in your browser and does not include your name or email.

Name, business name and email are requested only when you ask ITShield to keep a copy and deliver a secure report link. The report, contact details and assessment are stored in Cloudflare D1 for up to 30 days, then removed by the scheduled retention process. If email delivery is enabled, the report link is also handled by ITShield’s configured email provider.

Report-delivery consent does not subscribe you to marketing. Optional marketing consent is recorded separately and can be withdrawn at any time.
